Privacy
What All The Status stores, and why.
All The Status is operated by OpsArray, LLC.
Accounts
Sign-in uses your email address. If you set a password, we store a hash of it, not the password itself. When you ask for a sign-in link, we store that short-lived link. We store a session after you sign in.
Status pages you host
Pages, components, incidents, and monitor addresses are stored so we can show your status page and poll the feeds you add. A new page is private to the account. If you make it public, we store a cached snapshot that anyone with the address can read.
Subscribers
An email subscription belongs to one status page. We store the address, whether it is confirmed, and the tokens for confirmation and unsubscribe. Subscribers are separate from user accounts. Unsubscribing removes that subscription.
The phone app
If you turn on push notifications, we store the device token and whether the phone is iOS or Android, tied to your account.
The home board
The home page reads public status pages run by other companies. You can view it without an account.
Mail we send
We email sign-in links, subscription confirmations, and the status updates you asked for. A message from the feedback page is emailed to the operator when outbound mail is configured.
Questions
